It all started with the move to electrification.
After his automotive engineering study Mattijs Tweehuysen career started at multiple start-ups pioneering with battery electric vehicles. This experience led him to join Bosch CVT business where he explored the potential of the CVT pushbelt in electrified vehicles.
The entrepreneurial drive growth and the request to support Lithium Balance in local market was the push to establish Gyrari in 2016.
The name Gyrari originates from Latin which translates in “to rotate” or “to revolve”.
With the heritage in automotive and the goal to create movement and functions out of electrical stored energy the drive to create new electric powered application is set.
